First of all I lay down dust protection so that your fireplace opening will be sealed, chimney swept, vacuumed, all soot and debris can be removed by me if required

Be Carbon Monoxide aware, Solid fuel as well as gas produces dangerous odourless gases. Install a Carbon monoxide detector.
